We’ve been working on something for a while, and today we’re excited to share it with the world. Tweener is officially live.

Tweener is a free app for tennis, padel, pickleball, and beach tennis players who want more out of their game — better matches, real progress tracking, and a community that actually connects.

The problem we set out to solve

If you’ve ever shown up to a court wondering whether your opponent would be way above or below your level, you know the frustration. Great matches happen when players are evenly matched, but finding the right people to play with — especially in a new city or a growing sport — isn’t easy.

Group chats get noisy. Club ladders go stale. And most of us have no real way to measure how we’re improving over time.

We built Tweener to fix that.

The Tweener Rating is our proprietary system designed specifically for racquet sports. It gives every player a real, dynamic rating that adapts after each match. The more you play, the more accurate it gets.

Search for players near you, filter by sport and skill level, and stop guessing whether someone is a good match. You’ll know before you step on the court.

Track your progress across four sports

Whether you’re a tennis veteran picking up padel or someone who just discovered beach tennis, Tweener keeps separate ratings for each sport. You can see your history, track trends, and understand exactly how you’re evolving as a player.

Build your community

Tweener isn’t just about individual ratings. You can:

• Create and join groups — organize your regular crew, your club, or a local community around any of the four sports.
• Set up Open Play sessions — post when and where you’re playing, set skill-level filters, and let the right people find you.
• Follow other players — keep up with friends, rivals, and local players in your activity feed.

Groups can be open, closed, or fully private. You control who’s in and how visible your community is.

A fair match confirmation system

Every match on Tweener goes through a confirmation workflow. The losing side has to confirm the result before ratings update. No one can inflate their rating with fake wins — the system stays honest.
